Australian Photographer Darren Seiler was born in Broken Hill, Country NSW and moved to Wentworth at age 13.
He began his press photography career in Mildura, before moving to Adelaide where he worked as a senior photographer for eight years with the Adelaide Advertiser Newspaper.
His extensive press experience has ranged from capturing the action at the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Sydney Olympics, to covering the Australian tours of the Queen and former US president Bill Clinton.
Darren has received a number of awards including Business Life Commercial Photographer of the Year 2004 and SA Youth Awards Photographer of the Year 2001, 2002 and 2004.
The lure of the country lifestyle and his lifelong love of the river has brought Darren and his young family back to his home town of Mildura, Victoria.
Darren has a unique ability to relate to his subjects. With a creative eye and an amazing empathy, he can produce images of fine art.... weddings, children's portraits, tourism, media events, commercial and industry, sport, magazines articles.
His relaxed but confident manner is testimony to his 20 years of photographic experience.
